How do I clean my pillow?

  • The easiest way to wash the pillow is with wet wipes.
  • If a deeper wash is needed:
  1. Remove the styrofoam bag from inside the pillow cover;
  2. Hand wash or machine wash cold (30°C) without spinning.
  • Do not use dryer or bleach. You can iron the pillow cover.

Is my pillow water resistant or waterproof?

Our pillows are designed to be water-repellent, meaning they offer strong resistance to water absorption. While they provide excellent protection against light rain and moisture, they may not be completely waterproof in extremely wet conditions or when submerged for extended periods.

What payment types do you accept?

For US online orders: Only one credit card may be used per transaction. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

For International online orders: Different major and local payment forms are accepted during international checkout depending on location. 

When will I receive an email with shipping details and order confirmation?

You can expect to receive an email with your order confirmation and shipping details shortly after your purchase is processed. Keep an eye on your inbox, and if you don't see it within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder. For any further assistance, reach out to general@yepipillows.com.

What is your refund policy?

  • Unused items must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are not eligible for return.
  • Purchases made through authorized third party retailers can only be returned or exchanged to that store and may not be returned to yepipillows.com.
  • Returns are credited to the original form of payment.
  • Eligible gifts can be returned for store credit only.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
